Good morning everyone! This is my breakfast today:
What you need:
* 1 large avocado, cut to slices
* 1/2 cup raspberries
* 1 cup kale, chopped
* 1 tbs olive oil
* 1 tbs agave or maple syrup
* Pinch of salt
* Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
What to do:
* Mix the kale in a bowl with the salt, agave or maple syrup, olive oil and lemon juice.
* Put the avocado in the serving plate, add the kale in the sides and then add the raspberries on top.
You may add couple of lemon juice drops on top of the avocado.
