What you need:
* 2 cups rice (white, but you can go for whole rice)
* 1 cup sprouts
* 2 cups of chopped mushrooms, any kind will do
* Handful parsley, cut
* 3.5 cups water
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 2-3 spoons canola oil
* salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
First, cook the rice: Fry the rice in a pot with the oil for 2-3 minutes, add salt and water to cover and bring to boil. Then cook on a low heat for about 10-15 minutes until the rice is ready. In whole rice the cooking instructions may be different.
Once the rice is ready, simply fry it with about 1 spoon of oil (olive or canola) with the rest of the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
